Real estate is looking for new channels to raise funds, with a focus on small investors, those who are called "retail" to distinguish them from the "institutional". Two are the vehicles that at this stage of the market are calling the attention of the operators: on the one hand the PIR (Individual Savings Plans) we have talked on several occasions on the Real Estate Daily in recent weeks (and on which Assoimmobiliare is bringing forward a battle in Parliament to widen the use of these tools also on real estate). On the other hand, there is a tool such as crowd-based web-based crowd-backing that allows you to raise equity from a widespread public of savers who can afford to invest even small amounts, with low-risk transactions at attractive returns
